PushConnex — a new connectivity platform that integrates pneumatics, power, and data in a single line, eliminating up to 90% of sensor wiring in automation systems.
PushConnex Tubing
PushConnex tubing is compatible only with PushConnex fittings.
To simplify and standardize the system, we’ve unified metric and imperial sizes.
All of these sizes are very close—within fractions of a millimeter—so it makes sense to treat them as equivalent:

PushConnex tubing includes three integrated flat braided tinned copper conductors, designed for continuous flex applications.

Each conductor supports up to 3A at 48V DC, providing a power capacity of approximately 144W per circuit.

The conductors are optimized for power and signal transmission in dynamic industrial environments.

Each tubing size comes with a Terminal Plug that simply pushes into the tube end.
The plug features three Piercing electrical pins with asymmetrical teeth, which pierce into the tube wall to ensure a secure mechanical fit and reliable contact with the integrated flat braided conductors.
An Alignment pin ensures proper positioning and maintains consistent conductor order.


When the tube is inserted into the PushConnex fitting,
an O-ring and the fitting itself apply slight compression to the tube’s outer diameter—further improving electrical contact between the internal conductors and the Terminal Plug’s pins.
Spring-loaded pins inside the fitting maintain constant pressure against the Terminal Plug, delivering an extremely reliable connection.
PushConnex Fittings
All PushConnex fittings come with an integrated miniature waterproof electrical connector—sealed, compact, and ready to plug. Fittings available in straight and right-angle versions with NPT, NPTF, BSPP, BSPT, and other universal threads—no need to match exact thread types.
